The Soulmates wedding package includes
- Your candlelit wedding venue
- 2 Nights stay in a comfortabe double room with breakfast

- Discount on guest accommodation
- Assistance with booking a minister or registrar to perform the ceremony. (Extra fees payable. See below for details)
- Witnesses (if required) – Free of charge
- Wedding planner assistance
- Guidance with legal paperwork
- Information on other wedding services such as photographers and stylists
- Use of our stunning gardens for your wedding photographs
NOTE: Fees payable to either a Minister or Registrar are not included in the package and are the responsibility of the Bride and Groom.

- Enhance your Aisle - Enhance your walk down the aisle with candlelit lanterns, decorative bay trees, and rose petals. £55 (£65 in 2026)
- Photography Package - 16 8x6 Photographs taken by a professional wedding photographer and presented in a contemporary boxed album including online photo proofing £315 ( £350 in 2026)
- Scottish Piper - Book a Scottish piper to escort you and your guests to our ceremony venue and walk down the aisle to the skirl of the pipes. £135 (£145 in 2026)
- Bridal Makeover - Have a professional stylist and beautician visit your room on the day of your wedding to give you a makeover. £145(£165 in 2026) (Brides only)
- 8 Inch Wedding Cake - Savour a delicious vanilla sponge wedding cake made by multi award-winning local bakers. Cake comes with a thistle topper. £210 (£225 in 2026)
- Bouquet and Buttonhole - Have a Scottish themed, hand-tied bridal bouquet and groom's buttonhole delivered to your room. £135 (£150 in 2026)
Extra Guests
- Extra adult guests £53.95 for meal and drinks package (£57.95 in 2026) - £5 deposit required per extra guest
- Extra child guests £26.95 for meal and soft drinks package (£57.95 in 2026) - £5 deposit required per extra guest
- Add a glass of wine with your meal from only £4.00 per person
- Add a sausage or bacon roll as a delicious evening snack from only £4.95 each
- Add one of our grazing, ploughman's or charcuterie buffets from just £10.95 per person

- Additional guest meals / drinks package upgrades / evening buffets must be paid no less than 3 weeks before the date of your wedding
- Additional guest accommodation will require a £20 deposit per room per night
